      Issue Summary

      When reviewing a post-incident analysis report after an incident there are inaccuracies such as time to ack , time to respond, and the team assignment names are wrong

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create incident
      2. Resolve incident 
      3. View post-incident analysis 

      Expected Results

      The report should be accurate

      Actual Results

      Numbers are reported inaccurate in the report
