Issue Summary
The customer is unable to fully remove an Opsgenie user when SCIM sync is used to disable an Atlassian account
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable SCIM sync with Atlassian Guard
- Deactivate a user that has been added in Opsgenie previously under a schedule/team
- Attempt fully deleting the Opsenie user in Settings >> Users and it will act like it works
- Refresh the page and notice the user is still there in suspended state
Expected Results
Opsgenie should reach out to Atlassian to confirm its a fully deactivated user and allow deletion
Actual Results
The Opsgenie user is not deleted
Workaround
The group needs to be removed in the IDP and there needs to be another SCIM sync to fully remove the user once the user has been removed from Opsgenie team/schedules
