As a customer, I would like the ability to change the owner team through team policies or escalation processes.

      Issue Summary

      The customer is currently utilizing the Escalation Policies within the One team. and forwarding the alert notification to the second team as an additional responder. This alert follows the second team's Escalation Policies and sends the notification; however, it does not adhere to the second team's policies when notifying its members.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
