Issue Summary

Restrict the API key to a team under API Key Management, so that any one performing any actions using the key can only affect the config/resources within that team and not on a Global level. 

Expected Results

Have API Keys that can be assigned to individual teams to avoid configuration/resource changes on other teams or on Global level. 

Actual Results

As of now, we can choose the rights that we can give to the API key but do not have a way to assign these keys to a particular team. 

Workaround

As of now, we can use an API key from a team-scoped integration to access that team's data.
