      User Problem
Saudi Arabian customers are currently unable to use their local phone numbers to receive SMS and Voice notifications from Opsgenie. This issue arises because messages sent from international long codes and unregistered Alphanumeric Sender IDs are being blocked in Saudi Arabia as of August 16, 2024. Customers rely on timely alerts for their business needs, and without proper notifications, they face operational risks.

      Suggested Solutions
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of notifications, Opsgenie should support the registration of Alphanumeric Sender IDs specifically for Saudi Arabia. This would allow customers to register sender IDs through Opsgenie settings, ensuring compliance with Twilio's requirements and avoiding message blocking or overwriting by generic sender IDs.
