      User Problem

      Right now, users have to use the provided default postmortem template and cannot change it - so every time they want to use a postmortem, the need to add extra fields or details that are specific for their org.

      Suggested Solutions

      Allow for changing the default postmortem to be changed so there is consistency and no need to copy and paste each time a new postmortem is created. Allow for multiple templates to be created and made available post-incident

      Current Workarounds

      Users have to manually update the default template each time they create a postmortem

            +1 This is a very important capability in order to adopt this postmortem workflow into our organization rather than continuing to rely on external tools since every company is going to have an opinionated take on the default template.

            +1. Customers need to be able to customise postmortem templates in Opsgenie to suit internal RCA processes and definitions.

            Also adding an extra +1 and wonder how many more upvotes this issue needs until some product owner see the urgent need for this simple feature?

            edit: I have learned that Atlassian ditched the Incident part of OpsGenie and recommend using JSM for incident handling and Post Mortems. Nice move
