User Problem
As a customer, we would like two outgoing rules sent to JSM when the alert is closed. Currently when Opsgenie alert is actioned a single and first rule will be applied from the Jira Cloud Outgoing rules.
Suggested Solutions
Please allow two or more outgoing rules for single alert actions in the cases of Opsgenie alert closure as further alert actions are not possible.
For example if the Alert is closed in Opsgenie Add comment and set issue status to Done in Jira service management cloud.
Current Workarounds
The current workaround option is to use the Jira automations to perform additional actions on tickets for alert actions.
