Incoming call integration - Option to configure custom phone numbers from other providers

      User Problem

      Currently, only phone numbers hosted by Twilio can be used with Incoming Call Integrations. As an admin, I would like the ability to configure Incoming Call integrations using numbers from other providers, such as Cisco.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add support for other phone providers and API's to the existing Incoming Call integration model.
