Issue Summary
If you're using the Opsgenie app function to override silent/vibrate mode for notifications, it will turn the volume on and alert, but will not silence the phone again again after the alert. According to our documentation, the phone should be silenced after 60 seconds.
Steps to Reproduce
- Give the (Android) Opsgenie app permission to set ringtone volume.
- Set your phone's notification sounds to max volume.
- Put your phone on silent or vibrate.
- Send a test alert to your user.
- The phone will unmute and play the notification sound.
- The phone should go back to silent after this - but it doesn't instead requiring manual intervention.
Expected Results
The device be set back to "silent" mode 60 seconds after the alert comes through without requiring manual intervention.
Actual Results
The device remains on "loud" and needs to be manually switched back to silent mode.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
