Issue Summary

Currently, MTTA and MTTR metrics in Opsgenie and JSM are calculated using a 24-hour clock, including all hours of the day.

Proposed Feature:

• Allow users to configure their business hours (e.g., 9 AM to 5 PM).
• Create a report or API query that calculates MTTA and MTTR based solely on incidents during these hours.

Benefits:

• Gives a clearer view of operational efficiency during business hours.
• Helps organizations assess performance that directly impacts productivity.
