      User Problem

      Currently, when there are changes made to the Opsgenie schedule, users may not be informed that their shifts or on-call dates have changed. This leads to confusion and missed alerts as users may not realize their on-call responsibilities have been updated.

      Suggested Solutions

      When there is any modification in the on-call schedule, such as changes to the shift times or dates, Opsgenie should automatically trigger a notification (via email, push notification, or SMS) to the affected users, informing them of the updates to their shifts.
