Issue Summary
Some users are having issues opening the .zip file provided by exporting alerts from the dashboard.
Steps to Reproduce
- Export alerts from the dashboard
- Download the .zip from the email link
- Open the .zip
Expected Results
The file should open.
Actual Results
Intermittently, users are receiving errors:
"The archive "alert-export-result_xxxx.zip" is empty or contains no readable items."
"Windows cannot open the filter. The Compressed (zipped) Folder [filepath.zip] is invalid."
Workaround
Use the alert analytics report to export the alerts.
