User Problem
If an alert responder team is updated from Team A to B, then both the teams have visibility to the alerts. This is an expected behaviour that if you add a responder to an alert and later on update it with another responder then both the Responder teams will have visibility to this alert.

Functionality to Remove visibility for the previously added team members.
