Bi-directional Sync between Opsgenie and ManageEngine

      Problem:

      Currently the ManageEngine integration in Opsgenie offers a uni-directional sync between Opsgenie & ManageEngine, wherein when a request is captured/closed in ManageEngine, the Opsgenie integration creates/closes the OG alert.

      Suggestion:
      Bi-directional Sync between Opsgenie and ManageEngine,  wherein closing the Opsgenie alert can close the ManageEngine request.
