Issue Summary

Alerts acknowledged without opening do not display the acknowledgment action under responder states.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an alert in Opsgenie.
2. A cknowledge the alert without opening it.
3. Observe the responder states section.

Expected Results

The acknowledgment action should be displayed under responder states regardless of whether the alert was opened before acknowledgment.

Actual Results

When an alert is acknowledged without opening it first, the acknowledgment action does not appear under responder states.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
