Issue Summary

Customer is seeing this error message while trying to execute the /genie command on their Slack channel:
"Slack - /genie failed with the error "dispatch_failed""

Slack commands were working perfectly fine before hand

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to their Opsgenie and delete every Slack integration.
2. Navigate to Settings & administration > Manage apps on their Slack workspace.
3. Click into each of Opsgenie apps that have connected with this Slack workspace.
4. In each of them, navigate to Configuration and click to Revoke each authorizations, and finally, click to Remove App to completely remove this app.
5. Afterwards, go back to the page you see on Step 3 and ensure there is no Opsgenie app on there.
6. Go back to Opsgenie to add a new Slack integration with "Execute Commands" enabled and test the result.

Expected Results

The /genie command should work on that Slack workspace.

Actual Results

"Slack - /genie failed with the error "dispatch_failed""

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
