User Problem
Currently, a user can acknowledge all alerts via voice notifications by pressing the Ack All key. This acknowledges all the open alerts in Opsgenie.

Therefore, it is important to bring in the ability to restrict Acknowledge All permission for users.

Suggested Solutions
Customers would like the ability to toggle this native behaviour off either from an account, team or user profile setting level

Current Workarounds
Right now, this can be achieved by creating a custom user role and then removing this permission from it.
