We would like to be able to have the feature to be able to colour code tags for alerts and incidents. 

The reasoning behind this is so that you're able to:

1. find tags easier in the UI
2. place importance on certain alerts/incidents when colour coded
3. track alert/incident movements based on tags.

Currently there is no form of this in the UI and it is based on the one colour of grey. By having a colour coded tag system it would help with the productivity of being able to navigate the UI better.
