Issue Summary
Users with custom roles, even if they have the "Edit configuration" permission, are unable to invite other users to the Opsgenie instance.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a custom role with the "Edit configuration" admin permission
- Try to add users
Expected Results
Based on the documentation, it should be possible to invite users with those permissions

Only owners, admins and users with Edit Configuration rights can add new users or update existing ones.Re-Sending an Invitation Email
Actual Results
The error "You are don't have permission to modify XXX role" appears
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
