Issue Summary
When you try to create a Jira issue from an Opsgenie Incident using the create with all fields option, the user-picker fields don't return any value when trying to search for a user.
If the issue type has user-picker fields listed as mandatory, the issue will not be created.
Steps to Reproduce
- From Opsgenie, go to Incidents
- Select or create an incident
- From the Incident, navigate to Jira issues and click on Create issue
- Select the issue link and project
- Click on the three dots and select the Create with all fields option
- From any user-picker field try to search for users
Expected Results
The user is returned and you are able to select it.
Actual Results
The field loads and doesn't return any data.
Workaround
Populate the user-picker fields directly through Jira and remove the required user-picker fields from the field configuration.
Disabling the Show All Fields toggle also works.
