A customer has requested that they would like the ability to prevent users from being able to disable the contact methods on their profile.

Whilst central notification template is enabled, it will prevent users from toggling off notifications for alerts, but it does not prevent them from toggling off the contact methods above. 

This poses a problem because if a user is able to turn off the contact methods, they won't be notified of particular alerts when they arrive in Opsgenie.  This would allow bad actors to be able to "dodge" alerts that they should be responding to.

Currently there are no workarounds to this.
