Ability to prevent adding Jira Service Management license if the use added on Opsgenie bundled JSM

      User Problem

      On Opsgeneie bundled with Jira Service Management, if the user added on Opsgenie, added user gets Jira Service Management User license.
      But it should be prevented, because Jira Service Mangaement licenses are consumeved without knowing it.

      Suggested Solutions

      It would be great to add the ability to prevent adding a Jira Service Management license.
      Or
      Inform the Opsgenie admin/owner and the Organization admin that the user added to Opsgenie needs a Jira Service Management license.
