Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
When using incoming call integration, if a voicemail is left, that voicemail is posted to the 'notes' section of the alert. However, there is no way to access this note to customize, like with other alert actions. The alert activity logs states:
"Commented via IncomingCall[Incoming Call] with incomingDataId[...]"
however there is no 'add note' action on the incomoing call integration. Customer would like to customize this action to either remove the VM link, which does not work, or possible remove/change other text in the comment so that the whole link can fit into the comment so the user can click the link and listen to the VM directly from the SMS.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add incoming call integration
- leave a VM
- check the alert's activity log
Expected Results
User can customize that action that is used to post the VM to the alert's notes.
Actual Results
You will see "Commented via IncomingCall[Incoming Call] with incomingDataId[...]" logged, but that action is not accessible in Opsgenie.
