Ability to delay the close action or trigger the close action only when the IncidentID is updated in Alert

      User Problem

      In some cases like SNOW integration, the close incident action is executed before even the creation of the Incident because of the asynchronous execution.

      We need to execute close outgoing action only when we have the IncidentID in the Opsgenie end to ensure that the SNOW incident has been created. 

      Suggested Solutions

      Ability to check if IncidentID is updated before posting the outgoing close action.
