User Problem
When an Affected service is added and an assignee is added. It creates two responder alerts.
If the assignee is same as the On-call engineer in the owner team, send data to create only one Responder alert to avoid duplication.
Suggested Solutions
Check the on-call user in the service's owner team and Assignee of the ticket to check if both of them are same.
Current Workarounds
Auto close the alert in Opsgenie end.
