Ability to choose/ priorities which Opsgenie numbers can be used for voice notification

      Issue Summary

      It would be good to have an option to select which Opsgenie numbers can be used to call users for voice notifications. Adding the vCard is an option to avoid missing calls or having them flagged as spam; however, some clients have restrictions on calls from certain countries.
