Problem:
Currently, in the new analytics experience, we don't get an option to add free text value under ClosedBy or AckBy users and can only select it from the list of Selected values.

Suggestion:
Under these fields, you should have the option to add a free text value for non-Atlassianaccountids, as it was available in the Looker reporting.
