Customer was facing an OEC issue where they were receiving messages in OEC sporadically in batches but there was no error listed in the logs.
The cause was later identified as misaligned DNS config between the server and the firewall, however, it was difficult to catch that issue.
Therefore, customer would like for OEC to have the ability to detect and log stale connection issues so that they can self-serve the resolution of such issues.
