Acknowledging a snoozed alert breaks the escalation

      Issue Summary

If you have an escalation set up to repeat and revert the ack and seen states, but an alert gets snoozed then acknowledged, it won't repeat and revert the states.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an escalation with a step to notify someone if the alert hasn't been closed.
      2. Add the repeat option and 'If the alert is not closed, revert acknowledge and seen states back on each repeat turn.' selected.
      3. Create an alert that routes to this escalation.
      4. Snooze the alert.
      5. Acknowledge the alert.

      Expected Results

The escalation should continue after the alert is un-snoozed.

The snooze doc says 'The snooze mechanism is cancelled when the alert is acknowledged or closed. There won't be any notifications when snooze ends.', but that reads as meaning immediately when the snooze ends. I would still expect the escalation repeat option to at least work.

      Actual Results

No one is notified of the alert again.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
