Issue Summary
Currently the ImpactedServices variable used in the Incident configuration Email Template results in unformatted URL in stakeholder email. The URL links to the Impacted Service's status and unless the stakeholder clicks on the link in the email received, the stakeholder would never know what the impacted service is.
Any attempt to embed the link will show the raw html tags in the stakeholder email.
If the incident has more than one Impacted Service, the impacted serviceId# will show in the a their respective URLs in the stakeholder email.
Suggested Solution
We would like to see the Names of the impacted services with embedded links to their respective service status
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
