Problem:
You can configure an integration to add a note on the Create Alert rule, which will still add a note when the alert is deduplicated. However, this doesn't trigger the add-note notification rules.

Suggestion:
The add note notification rule is to be triggered even when the note is getting added via the Create alert action rule on the integration.
