Square bracket added to tags when adding more tags via Alert policy

      Issue Summary

      Square brackets being added to tags, when extra tags are added via Alert Policy.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure an integration to add one tag via the Integration Create Alert rule.
      2. Configure an Alert policy to add a second tag to that same alert.
      3. Create an alert via that integration.

      Expected Results

      Both tags are added to the alert as expected.

      Actual Results

      The first tag is added wion the alert with square brackets around it..

      Workaround

      This issue is only happening for one customer and has been irreproducible on our end.
