Clicking on Integrations not available for that plan results in a unhelpful pop-up

      Issue Summary

      On lower Opsgenie plans where some integrations (e.g. Webhook) are unavailable, the pop-up doesn't provide any info 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an Essential OG 
      2. Go to Team > Integration > Webhook 
      3. Pop up looks like this: 

      Expected Results

      A message that explains this is unavailable due to the plan/subscription
