Issue Summary
Customer is finding TLS issue on Opsgenie mail servers -> 52.26.1XX.XX, 34.XXX.XX.XXX
Error -> "554 Error in input stream"
They mentioned that they see the TLS issue sporadically.
Customer Response:
As you can see from the picture below, the first email is successful in 5 seconds, where the second one gives an error. Both go to 52.2X.XXX.XX
We can use the email below to troubleshoot. The time is SAST. Our source IP address should be 196.XX.XX.XXX – smtpmail.x.x.xx

The customer gave these comments and logs:
_"We do not have any delays out our end. I have added a screenshot below of our mail queue. The spike below is from a mailshot and does not match up to the times that we see opsgenie errors.
Regarding the email queue settings, as stated this is set to the defaults. If an email fails to be delivered, it goes into a queue and a retry should happen within 5 minutes.
On the very odd occurrence we do notice TLS issues to other 3rd parties, however the email will go into our queue and then get successfully delivered on the next attempt. With Opsgenie, it appears as if it bounces the email right away"
