      Requests the ability to customize the interactive voice response (IVR) menu for Opsgenie voice notifications. This feature would allow modifying action assignments for button presses, adding new actions, and enabling any button to acknowledge alerts, aligning better with diverse operational workflows.

      Customizable IVR options would lead to faster alert responses, increased flexibility for different team needs, and improved user experience, especially under pressure. This enhancement promises to streamline incident management processes and encourage wider adoption within teams.

      The suggestion is creating an intuitive UI for IVR configuration, updating documentation for ease of use, and establishing a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
