Ability to subscribe to Heartbeat API via an AWS SNS subscription

      Problem:
      Currently, when we configure the heartbeat API endpoint in an SNS subscription, it isn't able to receive a response from the ping request to validate the heartbeat.

      Suggestion:
      Ability to subscribe to Heartbeat API via an AWS SNS subscription.
      Workaround:
      Directly ping the heartbeat endpoint to get the heartbeat status.
