Update microsoft-azure-service-health document in Opsgenie.

      User Problem

      Currently the Azure Service health documentation, includes the enabling "Common alert schema" if required. 

      However, the enabling "Common alert schema" will not work and we are still working on it here. 

      Suggested Solutions

      Remove step 9 in the documentation or change it to say that "Common alert schema" is not supported

      Current Workarounds

      Currently, to parse the Common alert schema we need to use dynamic variables in Opsgenie.
