User Problem
When an incident is created, the responder alerts are created with the same message and description as the incident. However, if the incident's message or description is updated, these changes are not reflected in the alerts. This causes confusion among users due to the inconsistency.
Suggested Solutions
Add an option (checkbox) to have the ability to update the alerts when values are updated in the incident. This gives the option to the users to choose whether they want alert fields updated when the incident is updated.
Current Workarounds
User have to manually update the alerts to match the incident.
