On the iOS OpsGenie app, I have critical alerts enabled. This is appropriate for making sure I hear it if I'm asleep, however, I would like to be able to configure the max alert volume in some way. I like the mute feature, but this ends up effectively ignoring new alerts as my phone does not notify me at all for new alerts while its muted. I do not need to ignore them (which just escalates them), I need my phone to not scream at me repeatedly, for each new alert, while I'm already working on whatever the issue is. It would be nice to have an additional option besides mute that allows us to temporarily lower the alert volume, with that volume being configurable in the options somewhere.

This may be kind of an accessibility thing, as I am Autistic. Repetitive (though still unexpected) very loud sounds while I'm already stressed is very upsetting and negatively impacts my productivity and well-being.
