Currently, there is no way to Automatically define the naming convention for the incident slack channels and need to be updated manually while creating the slack channels

Add an Option in the Slack settings to define the Slack naming convention

Workaround

Manually update the slack channel with the desired naming convention followed by the team while creating the slack channel from the incident.
