Issue Summary

It would be great if there was the ability to have a "while you were out" message/notification during business hours, when quiet hours is enabled. This would be useful because when quiet hours are set, a message is displayed stating, “You will receive your alerts when you become active again.” it seems to imply that alerts sent while your quiet hours are enabled, will be sent once quiet hours end.
