Issue Summary
When creating Jira Software issues directly from an Opsgenie alert, if there are non-custom fields set as mandatory in the Jira project, these don't appear in the issue creation window, causing the issue creation to fail.
Custom fields that are set as mandatory, however, do appear normally, so this seems to only affect default fields that are set as "Required".
Steps to Reproduce
- Have an Opsgenie instance connected to a Jira Software cloud project
- Have a non-custom field, such as "Fix Version" set as "Required" in the project
- Create an Opsgenie alert, and in the "Jira Software" field, try to use the "Create issue" option
Expected Results
All mandatory fields should appear in the issue creation window
Actual Results
Some of the mandatory fields don't appear to be filled, causing the issue creation to throw an error.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
