Description
Issue Summary
Customers are currently unable to get internal/external comments on JSM issues translated into the Opsgenie alert notes as setup in the integration settings.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up a JSM legacy integration. Commonly used for on-prem JSM and ensure add note is there
- Select OEC and configure it
- Create an alert in Opsgenie and ensure OEC functioned to create the issue in the Jira instance
- Comment on the Jira issue and observe the payload sent to Opsgenie and the error in the debug logs
Expected Results
The webhook should fire from JSM and match to the open Opsgenie alert via alias/issue key and leave a note
Actual Results
Error in the log about generated alias blank and note is not added
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
