In the current workflow of Opsgenie there is not a way to be able to see when a responder has viewed the incident just like you would in alerts next to the activity logs.

Furthermore to have a list of stakeholders show who have read the incident but does not have to be placed in the incident timeline due to potential large quantities of them.

It would be good to have a feature like this available to determine the extent to which an incident has been viewed from via web or the apps for visibility and who may be working on the incident.

Currently there are no workarounds for this.
