As a customer I would like to have more added features to Auto-Attendant option in Incoming call integration

      User Problem

      Currently using the Auto-Attendant option it is not possible to implement Alert policies for the teams assigned. As a customer, we would like to be able to add an auto-attendant option or key that just sends an alert to a specific team without calling them. The alert needs to follow the Team On-call rules but the live call transfer option must not be applicable for this team.

      Suggested Solution

      We would like the ability to have an auto attendant key just to create an alert to any team without having to follow the live call option.

      Current Workaround

      None.
