OpsGenie had previously built an integration with Lightstep (now ServiceNow Cloud Observability) to ingest alert data from our platform. Cloud Observability is changing to a new version of the alert payload (Unified Alerts). This new payload does not work with the existing Lightstep integration at OpsGenie.
