Description
Issue Summary
ServiceNow integration includes the following rules for "Create ServiceNow Incident for Opsgenie alerts" (by default):
If we try to remove the rule that includes a "create an incident" action, we will receive the following error:
However, if we edit the same rule, the error above is not displayed, and the box "Create ServiceNow Incident for Opsgenie alerts" can be unchecked. This causes the customer to not be able to check the box again and the following error appears:
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Results
ServiceNow integration should also display an error message when editing the rules of "Create ServiceNow Incident for Opsgenie alerts" and this ends up with a list that doesn't include a "create an incident" action.
Actual Results
If only one rule that contains the "create an incident" action is left, this cannot be removed but it can be edited. This also allows to uncheck the box "Create ServiceNow Incident for Opsgenie alerts"
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. Customer needs to recreate the ServiceNow integration.
