User Problem 

When you are creating a maintenance policy and click the Add button, there's a Maintenance rule id is missing error banner at the top of the screen. The behavior is not reproducible 100% of the time but there have been some approaches regarding the same.

The error is rare as there's no field for a rule ID to fill in and this problem is affecting the customer experience negatively.

Suggested Solutions 

Engineering could possibly try to find the Maintenance rule ID is missing error in the logs to check how often this problem happens and work on the root cause of the problem.

Current Workarounds

Usually canceling the process and trying again fixes the issue.
