Ability to add Jira software issue comments while creating the JSW issue and parse the same in the OG alert simultaneously

      Problem Statement:
      Currently, we can't add comments for a new issue while creating the issue in JSW which is integrated with Opsgenie.

      Suggestion:
      Ability to add comments directly into Opsgenie while creating the JSW issue and parse those comments inside the OG alert notes at the first stage of the issue creation and not add notes after the issue is created in Jira.
