Ability to not create Dynatrace Test notification via Default API

      Issue Summary

When creating Test notification while configuring Dynatrace integration, the alert in Opsgenie is created via Default API. This creates confusion for the customers and they are unable to test their alert flow properly in Opsgenie as the integration rules are then not applied as expected.

Opsgenie is creating a specific Dynatrace test-alert (tags will contain Dynatrace and test-alert" when it receives a payload with the Problem Title: "Dynatrace problem notification test run". This is in reference to the standard test payload that Dynatrace uses in their documentation (as an example their webhook integration documenation)

      Workaround

When testing the connectivity between Dynatrace and Opsgenie, the payload "Dynatrace problem notification test run" will allow you to see alerts created by the Default API to confirm the integration is connected. When testing the flow of Dynatrace alerts into a team and through routing rules, avoid setting the problem title as "Dynatrace problem notification test run"
